Abstract EN

The present research aims at assessing the quality of higher education services provided by the faculty of Law and Political Science at Laghouat university from students’ perspective.

It attempts to discern the impact the quality of educational services on students’ satisfaction.

In this regard, to reach the objectives of the study, a survey method was adopted through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of students.

SPSS and AMOS programs have been used to analyze the data, through different statistical methods to present the obtained results and test the hypotheses.

Among the most pertinent results was that there exists a statistically significant impact of educational services quality on students’ satisfaction
