Abstract EN

This study about entrepreneurship and the environment of investment in Algeria is aiming to clarify the specifities of entrepreneurship in Algeria, its mechanisms and components by describing the Algerian entrepreneur reality in its social, cultural and economical dimensions, in the other side to understand the process of investment by analyzing the progress of the legal system of investment, mechanisms and work devices, and difficulties that the operation if investment is facing.
