Abstract EN

This article comes for the attempt to address the subject of Algerian foreign economic partnership.

despite the fact that the topic is of economic importance, we sought to analyze it from a sociological standpoint, beginning by presenting the various developments that the economic enterprise has witnessed, as well as the different reforms that were planned to develop a foreign partnership capable of improving work returns and helping the process of technology transfer.

moreover, we tried to illustrate the multiple domains of economic partnerships and their effect on the Algerian enterprise.

we also examined the major obstacles that prevent valuing foreign partnership and keeping the Algerian enterprise away from profiting from it to attract capital, transfer knowledge, management, organizational effectiveness and other positive matters that contribute to improving the performance of the economic enterprise in Algeria, in order to achieve development.
