to activate its role in the urban environment, by specifying a certain number of conditions and controls, including those related to the beneficiary, and others related to the real estate endowment object of the contract.

The contracts for the exploitation of endowment real estate oriented towards the realization of investment projects are considered as an opening to competition in the field of endowments, in particular with the formulas developed by the legislator for the exploitation of endowment real estate.
