The desist right from the contract is considered one of the most important legal mechanisms that were included in modern legislation, in order to provide effective protection for the consumer who is considered the weak party in the electronic consumer contact, as it does not have sufficient experience and also the inability to a real inspect of the product, because, this product is offered via electronic support (the Internet).

Where the electronic supplier exploits his knowledge and experience to promote his product in a tempting way, through advertising and publicity, which pushes the consumer to contract in a speedy way, that's why pressed the legislation to give for the consumer the right to desist from the contract.

The desist seriousness and its involvement in the principle of a binding force of the contract, the law has determined the scope and conditions for its exercise.
