Political sociology appears as the science that studies the state and its institutions, provided that it maintains the idea of sovereignty inherent in it and defines its philosophical and ethical components.

Accordingly, we conclude again that the subject of political sociology is concerned with studying the relationship between political behavior and social behavior, and then the relationship between political structures and social structures.

As he seeks to achieve this goal, he assumes that political systems and political behavior do not have an adequate understanding in the light of an analysis of their internal structures, but rather that they must be linked to social systems and social and cultural relations.
