يهدف هذا البحث إلى استخدام نماذج التهجين التي تجمع بين نماذج ARIMA في تقدير التغيرات الخطية و نماذج شبكة دالة الأساس الشعاعية في تقدير التغيرات غير الخطية، و ذلك من أجل التقدير و التنبؤ و مقارنتها مع نماذج ARIMA، و للمفاضلة بين النماذج المستخدمة تم استخدام مقياس متوسط مربعات الأخطاء MSE و مقياس جدر متوسط مربعات الأخطاء RMSE، حيث تم استخدم بيانات السلسلة الزمنية لاستهلاك الكهرباء في الجزائر للفترة من (1980-2019)، و من بين أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، أن نماذج التهجين كانت أكثر دقة و ملائمة من نماذج ARIMA في التنبؤ باستهلاك الكهرباء في الجزائر.
Abstract EN
This research aims to use hybrid models that combine ARIMA models in the estimation of linear variations and radial base function network models for the estimation of non-linear variations, in order to estimate it, to predict it and to compare it with ARIMA models, in order to compare the models used, MSE and RMSE were applied.
the time series data of electricity consumption in Algeria were used for the period (1980-2019), and it was found that hybrid models are better than ARIMA models for forecasting electricity consumption in Algeria.
