This paper aims to study the most important difficulties facing the digital transformation of education in Algeria in light of the need for globalization and the response to crises, where the study found that the corona crisis highlighted the importance of E-learning in a big way now and even imposed it on the global level, and as the technology of e-learning allows its strength and flexibility to solve many of the problems suffered by education today and the future while maintaining the quality of the educational process, and as Algeria is experiencing many difficulties and obstacles in adopting the concept this is why i have to reconsider policies and programs related to the development of communications infrastructure and the strengthening of the Internet ecosystem, as well as the development and implementation of regulations and policies for the digital economy, in the latter, the study recommended the need to develop a rational and integrated strategy by the government to ensure the modernization and improvement of the technological and communication level of all institutions, whether economic or educational, due to the usefulness in gaining time and reducing costs, and the need for the government to create a sophisticated technological infrastructure in order to ensure a positive application of digital transformation technology, and that developing countries must conclude cooperative international agreements especially with serious countries developed in the fields of technology especially
