Abstract EN

This study aims at analysing the conceptual framework of social exclusion unveiling the change in studies from focusing on poverty to social exclusion, discovering its dimensions, dynamic and biotic procedures, as well contents and types, in order to learn about the new characteristics this concept offer to the understanding and analysis of many phenomena.

this study revealed that social exclusion resulted of the failure in poverty approaches, to widen its concept in coming stages involving forms of partial and total exclusion of opportunities, resources, services, rights, and participation...

or even implying restrictions preventing being reached, or transferring them and even its sources monopoly.

hence, they may even be preserved by territorial and symbolic limits, that may happen either in a conscious or unconscious way due to some behaviours, beliefs, rituals, and even institutional procedures based on regular methodological prevention of society and group as well individual and even more the state worthiness.

moreover, it indicates that exclusion is a complex operation that starts and continues using other facts related to desire, control, dominance, power, and capacity, resulting in some forms of exclusion in all political, social, cultural, and territorial fields.
