Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the reasons for adopting the approach of fiqh tricks in Islamic banking transactions.

Most Islamic banks focus on contracts or debt formulas through Murabaha, Tawarruq and rent-to-own, instead of focusing on real investment formulas based on participations.

A lot of observations have been raised about the formulas adopted by most Islamic banks.

Some of these formulas considered to be Fiqh tricks.

This can be accredited to various reasons that are simplified in this study by mentioning the formulas, suspicions about them, and providing solutions to get out of these worries.
