The attorney have the right to charge fees for his work as well as the right to recover the expenses he spent for the purpose of carrying out the work in which he was entrusted.

The attorney may charge his fees in accordance with the contract concluded between him and his client.

If the case, subject matter of the agreement, required assigning additional works, die attorney shall have the right to claim his fees.

Upon estimation of fees, the importance of the case shall be taken into consideration, the effort exerted by the attorney, the result achieved to the client, and the seniority of his degree in the bar tables.

Estimation shall be made through an order issued by the Court competent to hear the case issued by the attorneys to the competent experts.

According to the testimony received from them the judge shall decide the amount of the attorney's fees, and the work of that committee shall be limited to the case where there is no written agreement between the attorney and the client e.g.

in case of the oral agreement in which a dispute arises between the parties.

Accordingly, the attorney or client shall submit a petition to the Court that heard the original case, which shall form a committee of experienced lawyers.

This committee shall be classified as an administrative committee with judicial jurisdiction in accordance with certain controls.

The committee's estimation of fees shall be considered as an adjudication of litigation.
