When the economy enters the stage of economic downturn, or is hit by a financial crisis, the government, along with the monetary authority, resorts to the application of economic policies, including financial, monetary and other traditional economic policies, as this study seeks to achieve a research goal that keeps pace with the most important local and international developments in the field.

Financial and monetary, which is to identify the concept of one of the modern tools of unconventional monetary policy represented by the quantitative easing tool, in terms of its definition, tools and the impact of its application with its projection on the Algerian experience.

We have concluded that Algeria is still living in a state of anticipation, although many effects have begun to appear, such as inflation and a decrease in purchasing power.

This discrepancy is due to several reasons and factors, the most important of which are the availability of the basic conditions and conditions for its implementation, speed and effectiveness in implementing the policy, focus on increasing consumer spending.
