Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to try to measure the reality of organizational learning in the industrial institution BATICIC-OUEST, Ain Defla, and the extent of its contribution to improving job performance.

The study tool was a questionnaire, which was distributed to a random sample of 65 workers in the institution, the data was processed using the SPSS program, and after analyzing the results, we concluded that there is an impact of organizational learning by its dimensions on the performance of employees in the institution.

The study also provide a number of recommendations, the most important of which is: the importance of paying more attention to motivating its competencies and involving them in decision-making and identifying the training needs, and Forming work teams that are built on the principles of creativity and innovation.
