Abstract EN

The study is concerned with knowing the characteristics of the Learning Organization and its impact on achieving the entrepreneurial orientation in the National Paint Company – Souk Ahras Unit.

and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used a main tool for data collection and then processed by the SPSS program, The study used the descriptive and analytical approach to answer the study’s questions and test its hypotheses.

The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a significant effect of the characteristics of the learning organization in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation, and the more strongly the characteristics of the learning organization were present in the company, the greater their positive impact in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation.

The study concluded that the company should continue to enhance the characteristics of the Learning Organization because of its positive impact in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation.
