The research aims to detect the ability to present proverbs texts, in studies of modern Arabic proverbs, as proverbs are text of cultural studies, and container for the social image of community which it was born, and this is giving us the allow to check their divisions, and their criticism processing which are adopted to deconstruct this cultural text and their overall studying, where the creative texts, as they turn into cultural texts, must have linguistic depth and cognitive formation in order to allow this study or other to go through in its partial details.

the researcher utilizes analytical method, as an approach that provides us with mechanisms that contribute to giving a clear image of the critics' efforts, knowing their fortunes of previewing studies of modern Arabic proverbs, showing the amplitude of their sobriety or failure in dealing with creative texts.

the study ended up with the findings of the research in examining the critics' efforts of those studies, including their critical, intellectual, and cultural awareness, by standing on the texts of Arabic proverbs.
