This was done by focusing on Limiting a general ruling and knowing the personalization implements, and the concept of overriding due to public benefits.

It also focused od its ways of inference, allocating the reason behind the ruling, its measurements and the truth behind the conflicts between overriding due to public benefits with the ruling of Quran and Sunnah, specifically in the Malikk School oftThought.

The researcher has concluded that Imam Malik has not limited a general ruling due to overriding public benefitl.
