Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في إكساب المرشدين التربويين مهارات التعامل مع ضحايا الأزمات والكوارث، وكذلك استمرارية فاعليته بعد مرور فترة من الزمن.
على عينة بلغت (30) مرشداً ومرشدة، موزعين مناصفة على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس مهارات التعامل مع ضحايا الأزمات والكوارث كما تم بناء برنامج تدريبي مكون من (22) جلسة؛ تم التطبيق بواقع جلستين أسبوعياً، كما أشارت النتائج ان مستوى امتلاك المرشدين التربويين لمهارات التعامل مع ضحايا الأزمات والكوارث جاء متوسطاً كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي أداء المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مهارات التعامل مع ضحايا الأزمات والكوارث والدرجة الكلية بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي لصالح أفراد المجموعة التجريبية، إضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التطبيقين (البعدي والتتبعي) لأفراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس مهارات التعامل مع ضحايا الأزمات والكوارث، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها الإفادة من البرنامج التدريبي في المدارس وتطويعه فيما يتلائم والظروف المتوفرة وتكثيف الدورات التدريبية في مجال إرشاد الأزمات للمرشدين لرفع كفاياتهم في التعامل مع ضحايا الأزمات والكوارث.
English Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a training program in providing the educational counselors with the skills of dealing with the victims of crises and disasters as well as its continuous impact after a certain period of time.
The study sample consisted of (30) male and female educational counselors, who were equally divided into two groups ; the experimental group and the control group.
In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher developed the scale of the skills of dealing with the victims of the crises and disasters as well as a training program that consisted of (22) sessions, with two sessions weekly.
The results showed that the degree to which the educational counselors have the skills of dealing with the victims of crises and disasters was medium.
The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the performance of the experimental and control groups concerning the skills of dealing with the victims of crises and disasters as well as the total degree after applying the training program in favor of the experimental group, while there are no statistically significant differences between the post-application and follow-up among the individuals of the experimental group on the scale of the skills of dealing with the victims of crises and disasters.
In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of making advantage of the training program and employing it in accordance with the existing conditions as well as holding more training courses for counselors in the domain of crisis counseling to raise their capabilities in dealing with victims of crises and disasters.
