Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس الى التعرف على أثر استخدام برامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في تنمية مهارات طلبة قسم الجغرافيا في جامعة مؤتة في رسم الخرائط الموضوعية وتحليلها، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في أثر استخدام طلبة قسم الجغرافيا لبرامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في تنمية مهاراتهم في رسم الخرائط الموضوعية وتحليلها باختلاف متغيري الجنس والتقدير حسب المعدل التراكمي.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لمعرفة أثر استخدام برامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في تنمية مهارات رسم الخرائط الموضوعية وتحليلها لدى طلبة قسم الجغرافيا في جامعة مؤتة بالاعتماد على البيانات التي تم جمعها من عينة الدراسة المكونة من (35) طالب وطالبة، واعتمدت الدراسة على بطاقة الملاحظة لجمع البيانات والتي تم تحليلها باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي والتحليلي أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام لأثر استخدام طلبة قسم الجغرافيا لبرامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في تنمية مهاراتهم في رسم الخرائط الموضوعية وتحليلها قد جاءت بمستوى متوسط، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (3.32)، أما على مستوى مجالات أداة الدراسة فقد حقق مجال المهارات الرئيسية لاستخدام برنامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية Arc GIS لدى الطلبة الترتيب الأول من حيث الأهمية النسبية وبلغ الوسط الحسابي على لهذا المجال (4.04) وبمستوى مرتفع، وجاء في الترتيب الثاني المهارات الرئيسية لرسم الخرائط الموضوعية باستخدام برنامج Arc GIS وبلغ الوسط الحسابي 3.39) وبمستوى متوسط، وفي الترتيب الثالث مجال المهارات الرئيسية لتحليل الخرائط الموضوعية باستخدام برنامج Arc GIS وبلغ الوسط الحسابي (2.52) وبمستوى متوسط.

English Abstract

The study mainly aimed at identifying the effect of using the Geographic Information Systems Program in developing the skills of students of the Department of Geography at Mutah University in objective mapping and analysis, as well as identifying statistical differences in the impact of students of the Department of Geography in the programs of geographic information systems in developing their skills in drawing Thematic maps and analyzed them according to gender and estimation variables according to the Cumulative Average.

To achieve the goals of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used to know the impact of the use of geographic information systems programs in developing objective mapping skills and analysis for students of the Department of Geography at Mutah University by relying on the data collected from the study sample consisting of 35 Male and female students, the study relied on the observation card to collect data, which was analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics methods The results of the study showed that the general level of the effect of geography department students using GIS programs in developing their skills in objective mapping and analysis have come at an intermediate level, where the general arithmetic average reached (3.32), but at the level of the fields of the study tool it has achieved the main skills field for using the program Geographic Information Systems Arc GIS students have the first rank in terms of relative importance and the arithmetic mean over this field reached (4.04) and at a high level, and the second order came the main skills for objective mapping using the Arc GIS program and the arithmetic mean reached (3.39) with a level of, ranking third in the field of key skills to analyze thematic maps using Arc GIS program and reached the arithmetic mean (2.52) and the average level.
