Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى بيان أثر التَّحول الديمقراطي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في تركيا، وقد تناولت الدراسة مراحل تطور النظام السياسي والاقتصادي التركي، وأثر التحولات الديمقراطية على التطور التركي في جميع المجالات.

وابرزت الدراسة أهم العوامل التي ساهمت في التحول الديمقراطي في تركيا والتي تتمثل في التخلص من النظام الاستبدادي والانتقال الى مرحلة الديمقراطية التي تتمثل في الانفتاح الاقتصادي، وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية، وترسيخ القيم الديمقراطية من خلال المشاركة السياسية واجراء انتخابات حرة نزيهة، واحترام حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية، كما تناولت الدراسة ابرز التحديات التي واجهة التحول الديمقراطي في تركيا.

واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج مناسب للدراسة من خلال تتبع التحولات الديمقراطية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في تركيا، ومنهج تحليل النظم الذي يتمثل في مجموعة من الأنشطة والتفاعلات التي الي يقوم بها النظام السياسي التركي، ومنهج الاقتراب الاقتصادي السياسي فهذا المنهج يربط النظم السياسية بمستويات التنمية الاقتصادية.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، فقد اثبتت الدراسة ان الاصلاحات السياسية والاقتصادية قد ساهمت في التحول الديمقراطي في تركيا وعززت التنمية الاقتصادية لتحتل تركيا رقم 16 في ترتيب الاقتصاد العالمي، وأوصت الدراسة بأن لابد على الدول العربية ان تخطوا كما خطت تركيا في ترسيخ القيم الديمقراطية وتفعيل التنمية الاقتصادية، والتخلص من الفساد والانتقال الى مرحلة الاستقرار السياسي.

English Abstract

The study aims to explain the impact of the democratic transition on achieving economic development in Turkey.

The study dealt with the stages of the development of the Turkish political and economic system, and the impact of democratic transformations on Turkish development in all areas.

The study highlighted the most important factors that contributed to the democratic transformation in Turkey, which is to get rid of the authoritarian system and move to the stage of democracy that is economic openness, and promote economic development, and the consolidation of democratic values through political participation, the holding of free and fair elections, and respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms The study also addressed the most prominent challenges facing the democratic transformation in Turkey.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach as an appropriate approach to the study by tracking democratic transformations in achieving economic development in Turkey, and the systems analysis approach that is represented in a set of activities and interactions carried out by the Turkish political system, and the approach to political economic approach, this approach links political systems to levels of economic development.

The study reached a set of results and recommendations.

The study demonstrated that political and economic reforms have contributed to the democratic transition in Turkey and promoted economic development to occupy Turkey No.

16 in the ranking of the global economy.

Democracy, activating economic development, getting rid of corruption and moving to a stage of political stability.
