The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between talent management and student activities in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine.

the research followed the method used from the descriptive and analytical approach.

the research community was surveyed in a comprehensive survey.

approximately (80%) of the size of the research community, and the questionnaire represented a tool for collecting data, and the results of the research showed that the evaluation of the research personnel (coordinators of student activities) to the degree of high school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in the management of talent.

has a relative weight (78.78%) and a large degree, the results of the research also showed that the estimates of the research personnel (student activities coordinators) of the reality of student activities in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine ; it obtained a relative weight (76.70%), i.e., to a large extent, and the results also showed the presence of a strong positive correlation with statistical significance at (α≤0.05) between the average scores of the research individuals (coordinators of student activities) for the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine to manage talents and the average scores of their estimates of the reality of student activities in it, in light of the results reached, the researchers recommended that school administrations should adopt the idea of individuals owning talents, developing them, developing them, investing them, diversifying student activities in general, and cultural activities in particular, and keeping pace with the development in their practice, in line with the values of society, and with the goals pedagogical.
