The study aimed to build a future vision for the professional development of faculty members through the innovative scenario, and to achieve its goals the study relied on the descriptive approach and the future approach through employing the method of scenarios, and the study reached several results: providing three scenarios to anticipate the future of professional development for faculty members through the requirements of the revolution the fourth industrial is : the reference scenario, the reform scenario, the innovative scenario, and building a future vision for the professional development of faculty members in Arab universities through the scenario and innovation.
