The differing views of the scholars in analyzing the religious texts, and understanding what does the legislator mean from them, which is a matter of fact for wise people consequently, it is impossible for them to agree on a single discussing opinion.

because it ignores the nature of religion, the nature of language, the nature of human beings, the nature of the universe and life, as the prophetic texts are not of equal degree in correctness and clarity, also the minds that study and interpret them also differ in the strength and weakness of deduction, in the awareness of evidence or ignorance of themؘ, in diving into meanings or on the verbal stalemate, in addition to knowing the secrets of the language and its clarification; we can find evidence of the uttered and the intelligible, the absolute and the restricted, the general and the specific and the common, the definitive and the probable, in addition to the variation in the abilities of the diligent in downloading these texts to the reality of life, which varies from one era to another, from one environment to another, in addition to humans variety and difference, otherwise life will stop, and the interests of human beings will be lost, and they will be in distress and embarrassment, and this is contrary to what the Shariah came for as it is known from the religion by necessity.
