Our study aims to read and analyze the problem of urban waste management in the state of Ain Defla until 2019, with a review of the most important problems facing local authorities and the way to confront them with tools that lack the required effectiveness, and this is for the purpose of prompting them to remedy the shortcomings and obstacles in this field.

We concluded from our study that the urban waste management method in the state is ineffective, as waste is disposed of by random dumping while neglecting the treatment of some of its types.
