Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة الصراع الإيراني السعودي في المنطقة العربية (اليمن) نموذجا، و قد بينت الدراسة مؤشرات الصراع بين السعودية و إيران في المنطقة العربية، كذلك أبرزت الدراسة محطات التقارب و التباعد بين السعودية و إيران، و طبيعة النظام السياسي السعودي و الإيراني، بالإضافة إلى ذلك إجابة الدراسة عن السؤال الرئيس ما طبيعة الصراع السعودي و الإيراني و بشكل خاص في اليمن؟ كذلك تناولت الدراسة الأهمية الإستراتيجية لليمن و التي هي أساس التنافس و الصرع بين القوتين لاعتبارات سياسية و اقتصادية، و إستراتيجية، و لوجود روابط و مصالح مصالح اقتصادية و سياسية، خاصة للسعودية التي تعتبر اليمن عمق استراتيجي لها لان استقرار اليمن مرتبط باستقرار السعودية و اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم توظيف هذا المنهج لتحليل تداعيات الصراع الإيراني السعودي على المنطقة العربية خاصة في اليمن، و تحليل الأسباب و الدوافع التي أدت إلى قيام الصراع بين كلا الجانبين، بالإضافة إلى استخدام المنهج التاريخي للبحث في تاريخ العلاقات العربية الفارسية، و طبيعة الصراع ما بين إيران و السعودية في ظل المتغيرات الحديثة .

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج و التوصيات، حيث أثبتت الدراسة أن الجانبين : الإيراني و السعودي سعيا لإثبات قدراتهم العسكرية للتنافس على فرض الهيمنة و المكانة الإقليمية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام الدول العربية بالتحالف والتكاتف لدرء الخطر الإيراني المتغلغل فيها ؛ للحفاظ على سيادتها و استقلال قرارها .

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the nature of the Iranian-Saudi conflict in the Arab region (Yemen as an example), and the study showed indicators of the conflict between Saudi Arabia and Iran in the Arab region, as well as the study highlighted the convergence and divergence stations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, and the nature of the Saudi and Iranian political system, in addition to that an answer the study on the main question: What is the nature of the Saudi and Iranian conflict, especially in Yemen? The study also examined the strategic importance of Yemen, which is the basis for competition and epilepsy between the two powers, for political, economic, and strategic considerations, and for the existence of ties and interests of economic and political interests, especially for Saudi Arabia, which Yemen considers strategic depth for it because the stability of Yemen is linked to the stability of Saudi Arabia.

This study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, as this method was used to analyze the repercussions of the Iranian-Saudi conflict on the Arab region, especially in Yemen, and to analyze the causes and motives that led to the conflict between both sides, in addition to using the historical approach to research the history of Arab-Persian relations, and the nature the conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia in light of recent changes.

The study reached a set of results and recommendations, as the study demonstrated that the two sides: the Iranian and the Saudi, sought to prove their military capabilities to compete to impose hegemony and regional prestige in the Middle East region.

The study recommended the necessity for the Arab countries to unite and join forces to ward off the entrenched Iranian threat.

To maintain its sovereignty and independence of its decision.
