Arabic Abstract

يعتبر نموذج التميز الأوروبي EFQM أحد الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة نسبيا التي تهدف إلى تطوير و تحسين أداء منظمات الأعمال، حيث جاء ذلك نتيجة لظهور العديد من المتغيرات و التحديات الدولية التي استلزمت تطبيق النموذج تماشيا مع مواكبة متطلبات المرحلة القادمة.

من هذا المنطلق، تهدف هذه الدراسة و بشكل أساسي إلى التحقق من تأثير تطبيق نموذج EFQM على الأداء التنظيمي في منظمات الأعمال الفائزة بجائزة الملك عبد الله الثاني / القطاع الخاص في الفترة 2014-2017، حيث تم جمع البيانات من ثماني منظمات اعمال فائزة في جائزة الملك عبد الله الثاني للقطاع الخاص في الأردن من خلال استبانة محكمة كأداة لجمع البيانات و بمعدل استجابة ،87، حيث تم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) للوصول الى الإحصاءات الوصفية المتوسط و الانحراف المعياري و الإحصاءات الاستنتاجية (تحليل الانحدار).

أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن أبعاد نموذج EFQM (القيادة و الاستراتيجية والأفراد و الشراكات و الموارد و العمليات و الخدمات و المنتجات تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على أداء المنظمات الفائزة في جائزة الملك عبد الله الثاني - القطاع الخاص.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تقدم هذه الدراسة توصيات مفيدة و عملية للمنظمات حول ضرورة تطبيق هذا النموذج لما له من تأثير بارز على جميع أبعاد الأداء التنظيمي.

و بناءً على نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم العديد من الاستنتاجات كما أوصى الباحث بالعديد من التوصيات من اهمها ضرورة إجراء دراسات تجريبية مستقبلية لقياس الأداء التنظيمي قبل و بعد تطبيق نموذج EFQM 0(دراسات مقارنة).

English Abstract

The European Excellence Model EFQM is considered one of the relatively recent administrative approaches aiming at developing and improving the performance of business organizations, as this came as a result of the emergence of many international variables and challenges that necessitated its application in line with awareness and keeping pace with the requirements of the next stage.

From this point, this study primarily aim to investigate the impact of applying the EFQM model on organizational performance in the winning business organizations of King Abdullah II award/ private sector in the period 2014-2017.

The sample of the study were eight wining organizations in king Abdullah II award for private sector in Jordan, where distributed questionnaires entail assessing the degree of applying EFQM model in relation to the performance of the winning organizations.

The SPSS program was used to come up with descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and (regression analysis) where the response rate was 87%.

The research's findings indicated that EFQM model dimensions (leadership, strategy, people, partnership and resources, and processes products and services) positively affect performance of Jordanian winning organizations in king Abdullah II award- private sector.

Additionally, this study provide useful and practical recommendations for organizations about the necessity of applying this model as it has a significant outstanding impact on all dimensions of organizational performance.

Based on the study results, the researcher recommend the need of conducting future experimental studies to measure the organizational performance before and after applying the EFQM model (comparative studies).
