between broadcasting and communicating to the public through broadcasting through radio or television, if these ideas acquire a certain form and take the name of the radio and television program, they are vulnerable to attack because these programs are moral and material rights, and these rights are not owned by a person one, but several people, because the preparation of these programs requires more effort than one person and also requires substantial financial support to produce them.
