This study aims to get advantage from a group of procedural mechanisms related to a specific stream in pragmatic research which his the theory of speech act, in order to test its efficiency and flexibility to exploit the Arabic linguistic and rhetoric achievement.

the holy Quran represent a challenge to study for reserchers in modern linguistics field, and also for their capacity to invest its notions for detecting its linguistic and rhetorical content, and try to standing through approach and analyze on some models from its constative styles, and explore its per formative forces of speech in light of what is presented by the theory of speech acts from pragmatic analytical mechanisms.
