We seek through this research to highlight the specificity of the Islamic discourse in light of the problems that hinder it, given the reference of Arab culture and the limits of its interpretations, and the most important results that have been extrapolated regarding the cognitive assets of Arab thought that is concerned with building religious identity, in light of the Islamic intellectual project and its effectiveness away from the colonial view Which has always aimed at imposing control over ideas and cognitive trends, which allows it alone to have the right to define the discourse and renew the course of the debate about the predicament of Arab thought about the past of its ideas and future visions.
