the process of state building is one of the most important issues of Iraqi society because weak or failed states remain a source of many of the world's problems, so failure of the state is a major threat to the regime.

the global state-building processes are a necessity to reassert the global order, and correct security policies have the ability to add sources of strength to manage crises in society to help build the actual state.

the Iraqi security crisis has been embodied through a set of sustainable security crises that are in real need of radical solutions based on security plans.

long-term, especially with the absence of visions and the search for self-interests as well as the impact of the social, economic and cultural reality on security practices that reinforced the expansion and predominance of narrow sub identities, which affected the building of the state.
