This research is based on a vision that popular proverbs since they are the fruit of the accumulation of a series of sometimes successful and unsuccessful experiences, they incorporate a working philosophy that can inform us and increase ourknowledge of the Algerian collective consciousness, so our objective was to know what Algerian proverbs reveal to the subject of work.

This study gives us a clear idea of our cultural roots and how we are currently working to strengthen the bonds between them and current generations.

This article examines a group of proverbs and extracts answers from them, as the research has achieved a set of results, the most important of which is that the Algerian people sanctify work and their proverbs indicate this.
