The mechanism of administrative control in the tourism sector is of great importance towards creating a horizon for sustainable tourism development, and in vie w of the economic and political transformations that Algeria has witnessed, the government has approved regulatory and preventive measures to advancement of the tourism sector, in a manner that ensures its inclusion through administrative and legal control measures in order to preserve the elements of public order, "public security, tranquility, public health, morals, and aesthetics of cities", rights and freedoms, and in light of achieving the objectives of sustainable development in a way that values tourism capabilities and promotes development plans
