Summary: The issue of resolving the Palestinian refugee issue has constituted one of the most complex issues in the negotiations between the Palestinian authorities and the Zionist entity since its inception in the early 1990s.

The Palestinians demand the return of the refugees to the places from which they were expelled, whether in the 1948 or 1967 war.

On the other hand, the Zionists reject any return of refugees and consider their return the end of a process The Zionist character of the state and a demand that aims to destroy the Zionist entity internally by turning the equation demographically in favor of the Palestinians.

This study aims to shed light on the American-Israeli plan that came with an American image and a purely Israeli-Jewish thought drawn in the alleged agreement to try to find peace between the Palestinians and the Israeli occupation, which was termed the "Deal of the Century".
