Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the reality of the electronic administration in the public institution through a case study of Jijel University.

A Sample of administration employees was taken under study to answer the following main question: What is the reality of the practice of the electronic administration at the university of Mohammed Seddik Ben Yahya Jijel.

Study results showed that there is an average level of the electronic administration practice in the institution under study, and it has not reached its practice in all administrative operations yet and limited to some of them.
