Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to know the impact of oil price changes in the global market and their reflection on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar against the US dollar.

Through an econometric study To find out the relationship between variables in the short and long run Using autoregressive distributed lag method based on ARDL method.

It has been concluded that the two variables (oil prices and the Algerian dinar exchange rate against the US dollar) are related to each other in the short term only and there is no simultaneous integration relationship in the long term, based on the results obtained through the econometric study.
