The present study aims to shed light on the current situation of the Algiers stock exchange market that know a great decline and regression in terms of development, whether in the number of transactions or the number of quoted companies, for that we try to move forward through this study to find new mechanisms to revive this market, by the openness of the Algiers stock exchange market to the islamic financial instruments, especially with regard to the sukuk, and try to proof that these new instruments are a good alternative for the investors, who prefer to deal with these sort of financial instruments against a conventional one.
