Abstract EN

Conducting polymers (CPs) have drawn considerable attention because of their economical importance, good environmental stability and electrical conductivity as well as due to their useful mechanical, optical and electronic properties.

The present review describes the salient features of conducting polymers as biosensors and chemical sensors (Thermal sensors, Mass sensors, Electrochemical sensors, Optical sensors), their concepts, construction, working, types importance and applications.
