English Abstract

The study aims to develop a standard For the governance of higher education institutions quality in Jordan, To achieve this a goal the study has developed a 56 a scale questionnaire Consisted of 56 itemed and it has distributed researcher on three dimensions of study sample choosing randomly (legislation, leadership, management, and institutional integrity) including 570 questionnaires.

the study has been applied In the second semester of the academic year (2018/2019).

The results of the showed the Following: study indicate that the scale has a relatively good stability index.

The coefficient of stability is the internal consistency of alpha (0.97).

The results also indicate that the scale has high construction reliability indicators.

The correlation coefficients of the vertebrates with the tool as a whole has a range between 0.54-0.69 and the range (0.59-0.72).

The results indicate that ten scales are saturated , with a total of 60.486% of the variance.

The study came out with several recommendations, the most prominent of which is the application of the quality scale of governance in universities and institutions of higher education in Jordan, and other studies in which the size of the sample of the study to ensure the stability of the results of the study.
