English Abstract

The current study aims to uncover the executive functions of the brain in patients with cancer and its relationship to some variables in the capital, Amman.

The study population consisted of all cancer patients who visit Al-Bashir Hospital and distributors on ( 6 ) outpatient clinics during the month of 11 for the year 2019 and they are ( 2000 ) sick and sick.

A stratified random sample was chosen, at a rate of ( 10% ), reaching a size of ( 200 ).

To achieve the objectives of the study, a scale of ( 27 ) items was used An executive scale.

The results of the study showed that the degree of executive functions of the brain in cancer patients is medium, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of executive functions of the brain in cancer patients according to variables (age, gender, type of treatment, duration of treatment ).
