Arabic Abstract

بدأت العديد من الشركات تشعر بالحاجة إلى الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية في بعض أنشطتها بسبب عوامل عديدة تشمل التكلفة و الجودة و نقص المعرفة ببعض المهن، هذه الدراسة تدرس العوامل التي قد تؤثر على قرار الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية لهذه الانشطة من خلال استبانة بالإضافة إلى مقارنة مفصلة لكلفة الصيانة بين الصيانة داخل الشركة و المصادر الخارجية، تم إنشاء هذه الدراسة للإجابة على جميع الأسئلة و إظهار متى و أين يكون الاستعانة بمصدر خارجي مفيدا، و متى يكون ذلك لصالح الشركة.

تم تنفيذ البحث في شركة تعدين في الأردن، و سكان البحث هو قسم النقل بالشاحنات في شركة التعدين و كانت العينة هي المستوى الإداري في شركة الدراسة و فريق الصيانة، تم تصميم الاستبيان للتركيز على الكفاءات الأساسية، و الوصول إلى الموارد المتخصصة، و غيرها من الفوائد هي النقطة الأكثر أهمية من التركيز على التكلفة و تحسين الجودة في أي من الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية أو داخل الشركة، و قد أجريت المقارنة النهائية اعتمادا على البيانات التي تم جمعها خلال الفترة 2018- 2019، تشير نتيجة التحقيق إلى أن الشركات تستفيد من معظم فترات التوقف بسبب الصيانة الوقائية لأنها أهم أجزاء أنشطة الصيانة .

و لخلص البحث إلى أن الشركات تستفيد من استراتيجية الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية بعدة طرق، بالإضافة إلى أن الاستعانة بمصدر خارجي يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تخفيض حقيقي في التكلفة مع الحفاظ على نفس النوعية، و لكن يتعين على جميع الشركات أن تقرر أي الأعمال يجب استعانه بها ب مصدر خارجي.

English Abstract

Many companies now have started feeling the need of outsource some of their activities due to numerous factors that include quality and lack of knowledge about some jobs, this research investigate the factor that may affect the outsource decision through a survey, in addition a detailed comparison has maintenance cost in both situation outsource and in-house, this research has been conducted to answer all the research question, and show when and where outsourcing is useful and where it‘s not for any company.

The research was implemented in mining plant in Jordan, the population of the research is the trucking car section in the mining company and the respondent was the managerial level in the company of the study and the maintenance team, the survey concludes the focus on core competencies, access to specialized resources, and other benefits are the most important point when a company through outsource cost and quality improvement have no difference area if the outsource or in-house, The finical comparison was made depending on the data collected during the period 2018-2019, the result of the investigation indicate that the companies are benefiting from the Most of stoppage due to PM since it’s the most important parts of maintenance activities.

The research conclude that companies are could be benefits from outsource strategy in many ways, plus outsource can lead to a real reduction in cost keeping the same quality, but all companies have to decide which activates have to be outsourced.
