Abstract EN

This study was conducted to analyze the content of cartoon series ''Sindbad'', in order to prove the fact that there is a relationship between the myths that this movie presented and the Islamic concepts that were showed during his events.

The study found that the time allocated to myths about 62% of the total time of the cartoon, with more than one Islamic term mentioned in each episode.

Approximately, one Islamic term every five minutes, which reinforces the conviction that Muslims believe in superstition.

The recommendations of the study came to reject this relationship, and educate the public in general and children in particular, that this proposition is incorrect, and that Islam is innocent of myths altogether.
