تناقش هذه الدراسة دور الربع البترولي في تجديد قواعد النظام السياسي الجزائري، خلال فترة حكم الرئيس السابق عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، و ذلك عبر دراسة دور الربع النفطي في الانتقال الديمقراطي و الإصلاحات الاقتصادية.
و من هذا المنطلق، تحاول الدراسة فهم وتحديد آلية عمل النظام في الجزائر، و كيف استخدمت السلطة الربع النفطي و وظفته في تثبيت النظام.
و كيف تمكنت الدولة من تهميش دور المجتمع و إضعافه و من ثم فرض معاييرها، و هو ما مكن النخب الحاكمة من تحقيق أهدافها، و على رأسها استقرار النظام و بقاءه ..
Abstract EN
This study discusses the role of oil rent in renewing rules in the Algerian political system during the rule of former President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
This is done by studying the role of oil rent in the democratic transition and economic reforms.
In this context, the study attempts to understand the sources and the mechanism of the regime in Algeria, and how the authority exploited oil rent and employed it to establish the regim , in addition to how the state was able to and marginalise the society and then impose its standards.
This has enabled the ruling elites to achieve their goals, notably the stability of the system and its survival.
