Parallel to the appearance of Internet, individual privacy greatly changed as it interests private messages sent or received on social networks; telephone communications; personal photos; recordings or chats using Internet.

People's private lives become more exposed to infringement by cybercriminals who misuse private information up to threatening people to publish them at it on social networks.

Thus, it becomes essential to advance parallel to information technology and providing sufficient legal protection through the enactment and involvement of new rules at Criminal Code suitable to privacy right as well as providing a technical protection of numerical privacy to prevent violating crimes, particularly the crime of threatening people through social media.
