The fight against benefit fraud is a priority for CNAS action.
It responds to a management and performance challenge that reveals the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization of its various departments.
For that the problematic of this research is as follows: To what extent the Algerian legislator was able to establish a more operational and effective control for the benefit of the social security system against the offenses committed by the various actors? .
To this end, the examination of the problem posed revolves around two axes.
The following will be examined in turn: The missions, competences and obligations of the labor inspectorate (I) then, the conditions of exercise and the methods of approval of social security control officers (II)

La lutte contre la fraude aux prestations constitue une priorité de l'action de la CNAS.
Elle répond à un enjeu de gestion et de performance révélateur de l'efficacité et de l'efficience de l'organisation de ses différents services.
Pour cela la problématique de cette recherche est la suivante: À quel point le législateur algérien a pu instaurer un contrôle plus opérationnel et efficace au profit du système de sécurité sociale contre les infractions commises par les différents intervenants? .
À cet effet, l'examen de la problématique posée s'articule autour de deux axes.
Seront successivement examinés: Les missions, compétences et obligations de l'inspection du travail (I) puis, les conditions d'exercice et les modalités d'agrément des agents de contrôle de la sécurité sociale (II).
