English Abstract

This study aims to identify the attitudes of Kuwait University students towards drug therapy and psychotherapy for mental disorders and their relationship to some variables.

Where the sample was extracted by the random cluster method, and that sample consisted of ( 614 students ), ( 210 male ) and ( 404 female ).

To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher developed the study tool which consisted of ( 53 items ) distributed in two pharmacological and psychological fields.

The results indicated that there are negative trends towards pharmacological and psychological treatment among university students.

Theres No Statistically significant for the variables ( sex and faculty ) but statistically significant were appear of the school year for students, and it was in favor of first year students versus the rest of the years.
