Abstract EN

We have decided in this research paper to discuss in detail the Blue Whale Challenge game, due to its prevalence and spread among children and adolescents between 12 and 16 years old and also to its seriousness, so the talk about the Blue Whale Challenge game spread and many suicides were attributed to children and adolescents, as the Algerian society was shaken by many victims who committed suicide because of this game, families began to worry about the death, of their children in addition to attempts of suicides that failed.

In this analytical study, we tried to shed the light on the relationship between the use of electronic games and addiction to them and the spread of the phenomenon of suicide in Algerian society among children and adolescents, especially the "blue whale" game, which is known as the "suicide game", it is the blatant example of these games that have prompted many Adolescent and children in Algeria to lose their lives, so we decided to focus on the Blue Whale Challenge as a sample of the dangerous and deadly games that lead to suicide.

The study also to clarify the seriousness of addiction to electronic games of, inciting violence, murder suicide and try to protect children from addiction to this type of electronic games and to educate parents and civil society organizations in order to monitor the use of children for electronic devices.
