Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة توافر شروط السلامة العامة بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة لمنطقة الأحمدي التعليمية في دولة الكويت، و التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة التي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخبرة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي، و تم اختيار عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، و تكونت من (377) معلما ومعلمة، و تم تطوير الاستبانة بالاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة، و تكونت من (66) فقرة و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر شروط السلامة العامة بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة لمنطقة الأحمدي التعليمية في دولة الكويت جاءت متوسطة، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة الدراسة على مجالات درجة توافر شروط السلامة العامة بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة لمنطقة الأحمدي التعليمية في دولة الكويت و التي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، و جاءت لصالح المعلمين الذكور، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي و سنوات الخبرة، و بناء على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة فإن الباحث يوصي بالتعاون بين المنطقة التعليمية و مدير المدرسة في توفير متطلبات شروط السلامة العامة، من خلال توفير التجهيزات المختلفة، و تبادل الخبرات بين مديري المدارس في قطاع التعليم العام و قطاع التعليم الخاص، في مجال طرق توافر شروط السلامة العامة.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of public safety conditions in the Middle schools of the Ahmadi Educational district in State of Kuwait, and identify statistical differences in the estimates of the sample of the study attributable to the variables of gender and scientific qualification and years of experience, the analytical descriptive method was used, and a sample was chosen by simple random method, It consisted of ( 377 ) male and female teachers.

A questionnaire was developed based on the previous studies, which consisted of ( 66 ) paragraphs.

The study concluded that the degree of availability of public safety conditions in the Middle schools in the Ahmadi Educational district in State of Kuwait was average.

And that there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the areas of the availability of public safety conditions at the Middle schools at the Ahmadi Educational district in State of Kuwait attributed to the gender variable came in favor of male teachers, Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends the cooperation of the school district with the principal in providing the requirements to a safe school environment, through the provision of various equipment, and the exchange of experiences between school principals in the education sector or the private sector education at the field of ways to meet public safety conditions.
