The study aimed to identify the relationship of decentralization in decision-making to organizational effectiveness, we reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the basic importance of the decision-making process stems from the importance of the human element as one of the basic elements in production, the important of this process comes it achieves the goals of the individual participation decision-making develops the behaviour of the worker and raises his morale, and the confidence given to the worker creates in him a sense of stability and belonging to the institution, and all this leads to raising the level of organizational effectiveness in the institution.
