This paper tries to highlight the impact of internal working conditions on the performance of employees through a field study in CERAM DECOR company- Batna.

The study concluded that there is an impact with statistical significance of internal working conditions through (physical, functional and social factors) on the performance of employees in CERAM DECOR company- Batna.

and in the light of this results some suggestions have been provided according to the company's possibility.
