In an effort to develop public utility services, the Algerian legislator has adopted the electronic commercial register system, by adding an electronic form to the traditional commercial register and transferring it from paper to digital.

with a set of mechanisms have been adopted on the registration system that allows shortening the time and costs.

it was necessary to exert more effort in the field of developing the registration system in the commercial register to make the most of what was made available by modern technology.

therefore, this study aims to clarify the repercussions of this system on the trader or on the management at the same time.

this study came out with a set of results, the most important of which is that the use of the digital commercial registry keeps us away from bureaucracy and activates the economic cycle, which saves effort, time and cost in completing the various registration processes for the citizen and the administration at the same time.

but this digital system suffers from a set of shortcomings that will be clarified through the study.
