سنحاول من خلال هذه المساهمة العلمية التي جاءت تحت عنوان "الطاهر أحمد الزاوي وإسهاماته في كتابة تاريخ طرابلس الغرب (1890-1986 م)" تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم أعلام الفكر في ليبيا وهو الطاهر أحمد الزاوي, الذي كان قد عايش نهاية الحكم العثماني بليبيا وسقوط الدولة العثمانية مثلما حضر الاحتلال الإيطالي لليبيا وكان شاهدا على بعض وقائعه، وعاش بعد ذلك بعيدا عن أهله مهاجرا رفقة إخوانه الليبيين مدة من الزمن بمصر حتى بعد الاستقلال عن إيطاليا، ورغم ذلك لم ينقطع عن حبه لوطنه وخدمته لقضاياه، فكان يعمل بكل جهده مدافعا عن وطنه بقلمه، حيث كتب الكثير من المقالات في الصحافة، وألف عديد الكتب في التاريخ الليبي من الفتح الإسلامي إلى نهاية الاحتلال الإيطالي وفي سير أعلامه، والتي تعبر بصدق عن حبه لوطنه ورغبته في خدمته، والتي سنعمل على التعريف بها وبمحتوياتها وبأسلوبه في تدوين أخبارها، وتوضيح منهجه في كتابتها، من خلال قراءة في محتويات هذه المؤلفات والتعرف على أسلوبه ومنهجه في الكتابة التاريخية.
Abstract EN
Through this scientific contribution, we will try to shed light on one of the most important flags of thought in Libya, he is Tahar Ahmed el-Zaoui who lived during the ottoman rule in Libya and its collapse and he attended some of its events, also, he lived as an immigrant far away from his family with Libyan citizens in Egypt for a period of time until after the independence from Italy.
despite all this, he never stopped loving his country and supporting its issues, he worked hard to defend his homeland with his pen writing several press articles and books of history and biography expressing his patriotism and his intention to serve his country, which we are going to define and present their contents and his writing style to blog news and explain his writing methodology, relying on these works.
